Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring media discs are protected from shifting, and include a copy of your packing slip.
- 3.Ship the Item
Affix the provided return label or ship the package via a trackable carrier to our warehouse facility for processing.
- 4.Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or dispatch your replacement within 3-5 business days.
