How do you ensure my movies arrive undamaged?

We take collector-grade packaging seriously. All orders are shipped in sturdy boxes with ample bubble wrap or protective padding to prevent corner dings and disc floating during transit.

What is your return policy for opened media?

To maintain the integrity of our inventory, we only accept returns on unopened, factory-sealed items within 30 days of purchase. Defective discs can be exchanged for the same title.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your specific location.

Are your boutique releases guaranteed to include slipcovers?

Slipcovers are included while supplies last. We prioritize shipping copies with slipcovers on a first-come, first-served basis for all new releases and pre-orders.

When will my pre-order ship?

Pre-orders typically ship 2-4 days before the official release date to ensure they arrive as close to launch as possible. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will ship once all items are available.
